Mouthpiece Visualizer

Helping the Mizzou band practice
2019
This was a relatively simple project I designed on the request of one of my friends who was a mentor for the trombone section of Marching Mizzou.
The problem that the band had run into involved not having enough "mouthpiece visualizers" to practice how to blow into their instruments properly, and this product is rather expensive for the function it performs. Therefore, I was approached to see if there could be a way to make a much more affordable version than what could be purchased. I drew up a quick sketch on Autodesk Inventor based on the dimensions given to me and proceeded to 3D print a prototype. Upon approval from the person requesting it, I proceeded to print 10 more models to fulfill the needs of the group for a much cheaper rate than what could be found online.
